Gordon Hoffman was born and raised in Kelowna. Gord has been a full-time licensed real estate sales agent in Kelowna since October 1982. He has been a consistent top producing agent over the last 35 years. In Gord’s first year in real estate, a very difficult year for the industry, he was the top producing agent in his office. Gord successfully completed the 9:15 Broker course and received his license in 1987. In 1988, Gord purchased a minority ownership in the long established Century 21 Black Mountain Realty office. Gord, acting as both broker and salesperson, and his partners grew his company from nine agents to thirty-three and became a consistent Centurion Award winning office in the Century 21 system. Gord and his two partners sold the company in 1995. Gord joined Sussex Realty as a salesperson in 1996, and he stayed with the company as it transitioned into the current Sutton-Hymark Realty.Gord is ethically respected and a significant agent in the local real estate community.
Marki Hoffman was born and raised in Kelowna. Growing up, she was a competitive athlete with a focus on softball. Her father Gord, was involved in the coaching for many years, which forged a strong sense of teamwork between them early on. Marki attended UBCO and received her degree in Human Kinetics in 2011. She has travelled the world, obtaining her Marine Safety Training and Dive Instructor certification. She gained high level service experience working in the yacht industry out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida. In 2014, she returned to her hometown of Kelowna to work in real estate alongside her father. Marki has been enjoying her career as a full-time real estate agent in partnership with Gord.
